APRIL SOCCERFEST.

As most of you know, the annual April Soccerfest weekend consists of 72 teams in total (36 Mens and 36 Ladies teams) playing soccer all weekend long starting at 8:00 a.m. through to 8:00 p.m. each day.

We have one of the most beautiful settings in BC for soccer!  Come on out and enjoy a great weekend of soccer, good times and good friends.  

We look forward to seeing those of you who return year after year and for those who are new, we look forward to welcoming you.

Accommodations

The Executive Suites is our host hotel and typically offer special rates for Soccerfest. If you are interested in booking there, please let them know you are booking for Soccerfest and they will adjust your rates accordingly. They do fill up fast, so book accordingly. We also offer camping spots close to the fields. Information about Executive Suites and Campiong can be found further down this page.

Rules to remember

As we have had some conflict in the past, we would like to remind all participants of some of our rules:

☑️ All grounds are insured under our name and therefore we cannot allow outside liquor of any kind anywhere on the grounds due to our licensing. (this could have our tournament shut down)

☑️ We understand the weather is not always on our side. We encourage teams to bring their own tents and gear to stay comfortable, but we cannot allow open propane fire pits or heaters near the fields due to safety concerns.

☑️ We will not accept disrespectful conduct and language towards our volunteers and referees. All refs’ calls are final and not arguable. We are a small team of volunteers who work very hard to bring this tournament to all and understand that things can get overlooked, we are receptive to constructive conversation but not to yelling and anger.

Other Festivities

We are once again hosting a team dress up competition on Saturday in the beer garden and we hope to see many teams come out for some fun! There is a prize for the winning dress up team, it is worth your time to try and participate! Think pirates, cowboys, decades, even just matching outfits!

Registration table can be found just outside the BEER GARDEN At the north end of the fields. Remember to download the forms and fill out your waivers and bring them all along.

Concession

A LITTLE SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

The concession is centrally located on the main fields and is well stocked and well run. Please support our Beer Garden and Concession! All dollars go back to our soccer community.

The first aid tent is just outside the beer garden at the north end of the file. Change Rooms are located behind the concession on each side.  Showers will not be in use this year..

10:30 am to 7:30 pm Saturday and Sunday.

Absolutely no alcohol outside of the fenced Beer Garden area.

watch for the 50/50 draw

50/50 draw will be held on Saturday in the Beer Garden with the winning ticket being posted.  3 for $2.00 or an arm length for $5.00

Music at the tournament site will be starting @ noon on Saturday and Sunday ... there will be some great giveaways handed out throughout each day.

GROUP RATES

Rates per room, per night, based on single or double occupancy, subject to 16% tax.
All rates quoted are net and non-commissionable.

An additional $20 per person per night will apply to guestrooms with 3 guests or more.
Two bedroom suites are based on quad occupancy. An additional $20 per person per night will apply to guestrooms with 5 guests or more. Children under 18 stay free when accompanied by an adult.

Studio $259.00
One Bedroom Suite $275.00
Two Bedroom Suite $354.00

To book please have your guests mention “Soccerfest 2025” to ensure they receive the applicable rate and are included in the block.

Please note all individual guest reservations have a 14 day cancelation policy. All reservations canceled 13 days or less prior to the arrival day will be charged 100% of the total dollar value of the reservation.

We have secured the Squamish Municipal Campground again this year.

We are renting each site for $ 80.00 per night

Each site will be allowed to accommodate the following;

"One trailer or RV and One tent"   
or
"two tents"

and up to 3 cars per site.

You can etransfer the site fee the same way as your registration.
